Event Itinerary
- 13:00 - 15:00 | Shuttle Pick-Up: Continuous departures from city meeting points. (Last shuttle at 16:00).
- 14:30 - 17:30 | Arrival & Culture: Upon arrival, simply show your digital E-Ticket at the main gate for a quick scan, then collect your souvenir and entry lanyard. To explore the Lanna Craft Village, and float your complimentary water Krathong.
- 17:30 - 19:00 | Lanna Buffet: Enjoy an all-you-can-eat authentic Thai buffet (vegetarian options available).
- 19:00 - 20:15 | Spiritual Ceremony: Find your assigned seat for the traditional candle dances and monk chanting.
- 20:15 - 20:45 | Mass Lantern Release: Follow the MC’s cue to light and release your 2 sky lanterns alongside a spectacular fireworks display.
- 20:45 - 22:00 | Return Transfer: Board the shuttle back to Chiang Mai city.

E-Ticket & How to Exchange
- Get QR Code: You will receive an official real-name E-Ticket with a QR code via email before the event.
- Screenshot/Print: Save your QR code offline, as mobile networks are crowded at the venue.
- Redeem Badge: Present the QR code at the main gate to redeem your physical hanging badge/lanyard for entry.
Travel Tips
- Dress Code: Strictly modest. Shoulders and knees must be covered (No tank tops or short skirts). White/light-colored or Lanna traditional outfits are recommended.
- ID Required: Bring your passport or a clear passport photo on your phone for security checks.
- Power Bank: Highly recommended, as you will be out for 7–8 hours.
- Expect Traffic: Traffic is heavy during the festival. Please arrive early at the meeting points.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly banned and will be confiscated at security checkpoints:
- Outside sky lanterns, fireworks, or firecrackers.
- Alcoholic beverages, drugs, and smoking/vaping outside designated areas.
- Drones, tripods, and professional recording gear (without media passes).
- Weapons, knives, pets, and outside food.
Safety & Fire Prevention
- Certified Lanterns: Only use the eco-friendly, flame-retardant lanterns provided at your seat.
- Do Not Light Early: Wait for the official countdown. Ground staff are stationed in every row to help you safely light and release your lanterns.
- Medical Support: A fully equipped medical tent with ambulances is on standby at the venue.
