1. Booking & Acceptance

3. Payment & Service Fees
- Full Payment: All tickets (Yi Peng Festival and New Year Countdown) require 100% upfront payment.

- Processing Fee: A non-refundable credit card processing fee (approx. 3% to 4%) applies to all online transactions and is charged at checkout.

6. Travel Insurance
Ticket prices do not include international travel insurance. We strongly advise all international guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, personal safety, luggage loss, and trip cancellation before traveling to Thailand.
